RJ Civil Construction Ltd recognises the fundamental right people have to be safe in our workplace and is committed to working to 'Zero Harm' by:

  • Training our people in safe work practices
  • Involve our people in identifying and understanding the risks our people are exposed to

  • Encouraging staff to speak up about any safety concerns
  • The development of safety systems that comply with and, where possible exceed the most stringent standards where we operate

  • Acting to adhere to workplace health and safety legislation and regulation including the  New Zealand HSE Act
  • Investigate all reported incidents to identify all contributing factors and formulate plans for corrective action
